Our Ivy at Home pottery is both dishwasher and oven safe, making it as functional as it is beautiful. To preserve the original finish and ensure your pieces stay in pristine condition for years to come, we do recommend hand washing whenever possible.

Each piece is unique in color, shape, and detailing, and we celebrate this individuality. We encourage you to mix and match across different batches and patterns — this layered, collected look is at the heart of true Ivy style.

You may occasionally hear popping sounds as the red clay pottery adjusts to temperature changes — this is completely safe, normal and part of the character of our rustic ceramic style.

While not officially rated as microwave safe, our pottery can be microwaved without damaging the ceramic. However, it tends to become very hot, so please handle with care.

You may notice small grey markings on the surface of your pottery as you begin to use it. These are not cracks, but a natural result of the firing and glazing process of red clay, intentionally preserved as a hallmark of our handmade aesthetic.

Yes, our pottery is 100% lead-free.

Yes, please select local pickup at checkout and choose the location that suits you best to collect. Local pickup orders take 2-4 business days to fulfill or up to 2 weeks during a site-wide sale. If you have a deadline or require the order more hastily, please email mari@theivyathome.com and we will do our best to assist.

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:

- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging

We pack our pottery with the utmost care and precision and are sorry to hear that some your pieces arrived damaged. Please contact mari@theivyathome.com with your order number and photos, and we will be happy to arrange replacements.
